P-GS fans all over the world breathed a sigh of relief after management secured the services of talented keeper Michaelides. After a bad run of results, he was brought in to develop some stability at the back, and give hard working field players the rest they needed.

His first performance, against the highly fancied Red Deros, was nothing short of brilliant - making many crucial saves, and only conceding one due to lazy defending. It seemed the Scorers' defensive problems were solved. But that was the last fans and players alike saw of him.

After his mysterious disappearance, P-GS investigators launched into discovering his whereabouts. They are now worried their new signing may have turned out to be quite a different man than they expected. One P-GS official commented, "When we signed him, we knew it would not be forever, due to his Temporary Protection Visa. He sought, and received refugee status from the Australian Government, and was allowed to stay here and play until the situation in his warring homeland of Cyprus improved. It seems however, that there were some hidden motives for his arrival in Australia."

Sources from some of Australia's leading newspapers are claiming Michaelides to be "The Face of Evil," the man responsible for plans to establish an Al Qaeda network down under. If this is true, the P-GS has been affectively harbouring an international terrorist, with plans to destroy our beautiful country.

We can only hope that these sources are wrong, and our #1 has a good reason for being away from the game, otherwise we wish him well for his future, and ask that he please return the official P-GS goal-keeper shirt.
